Refund Policy for Paper Conference:
- We understand that sometimes situations may arise that require a refund of your registration fees for the paper conference. We have established the following refund policy to ensure that our customers are treated fairly.
- If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing via email or letter. Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:
- Cancellation received more than 20 days before the start of the conference: 100% refund of the registration fees.
- Cancellation received between 15-20 days before the start of the conference: 50% refund of the registration fees.
- Cancellation received less than 1 days before the start of the conference: No refund will be issued.
- Please note that any processing fees incurred during registration are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refunded amount will be deposited directly into the bank account that was used during the registration process.
